Skip is also a member of the FHA Panel of Approved Appraisers.

Primarily appointed  by courts as a liquidator or placed in a receivership position our company continues to evolve to offer the needs of today's business environment.

   Skip has auctioned, brokered, bought and sold millions of dollars worth of real estate. He has appraised approximately 7,000 homes in the Upstate of South Carolina, and in 2002 alone he auctioned 20 homes including on-site auctions, a ballroom auction and a true, sealed bid auction. The advertising for the sealed bid auction alone resulted in the property being viewed by over two hundred families and individuals with numerous bids submitted.
